Symposium 2015: The Phenomenology of the Source
How can we get at the impact of cultural artifacts across space and time from their first moment of reception and at specific historical points? How do we understand the experiential narratives in which they were embedded? What artifacts had and continue to have aura? What is the process by which we engage with the phenomenology of our sources? These are the questions that were considered in the second annual Stanford Primary Source Symposium in November 2015.
